This policy explains what information SatoEarn ("we," "us," "the Site") collects when you use our faucet, offerwalls, and withdrawal features, why we collect it, and who we share it with. By using SatoEarn, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect the email address and password you provide. Your password is handled entirely by our authentication provider (Supabase) using industry-standard hashing — we never see or store it in plain text.
Balance and activity data. We keep a record of your claims, offerwall completions, ad views, and withdrawal requests, since this is how your balance is calculated and how we detect fraud or abuse.
Wallet and payment details. When you request a withdrawal, we collect either your FaucetPay email or a cryptocurrency wallet address and network, so we can send your payout.
Data collected by our advertising and offerwall partners. When you view an ad, complete a survey, or use an offerwall, the relevant partner (see Section 3) may independently collect your IP address, approximate location, device information, and completion data in order to verify the activity and calculate your reward. This happens on their systems, governed by their own privacy policies.
Support messages. If you contact us through our Support page, we receive the name, email, and message you provide.
We do not sell your personal information.
SatoEarn is built on top of several third-party services, each of which processes some data on our behalf or in connection with earning activities on the Site:
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its own systems, which we encourage you to review if you have specific concerns.
We use essential session storage to keep you logged in between visits. We do not use tracking cookies of our own beyond what's required for the Site to function. Our advertising and offerwall partners may set their own cookies when their content is displayed or opened — this is controlled by them, not us.
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
You can update your password at any time from your Account page. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us through the Support page and we'll process your request, subject to any records we're required to keep for fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level access controls, and server-side verification of all balance-affecting actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against every possible attack.
SatoEarn is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
