2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to claim additional rewards is not allowed and may result in all related accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited.

3. Earning rewards

SatoEarn lets you earn USDT-denominated balance through the faucet claim, offerwalls, surveys, PTC ads, and similar activities. Reward amounts, claim cooldowns, available offerwalls, and earning methods may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, that any specific offer or survey will be available to you, or that a given activity will always pay out — offerwall partners make their own determination about whether a completion qualifies, and we rely on their reporting.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the minimums, fees, and networks listed on the Withdraw page at the time of your request, all of which may change. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and are typically processed within a few days, though this isn't a guaranteed timeframe. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate wallet address and network. Funds sent to an incorrect address, or to the correct address on the wrong network, generally cannot be recovered, and we are not responsible for such losses.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the faucet, offerwalls, or ads
• Create multiple accounts, or use VPNs/proxies to circumvent account or claim limits
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior of the Site for personal gain
• Provide false information when completing offers, surveys, or withdrawal requests
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is engaged in this kind of activity, and to withhold or reverse balances gained through it.

6. Third-party offerwalls and ads

We don't control their content, availability, or crediting decisions, and disputes about whether a specific offer or survey should have paid out are ultimately governed by that partner's own terms, not ours.
